Hi, I’m Taryn-
Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, and Founder of Aubergine & Olive Holistic Nutrition
I’m also a herbalist apprentice, former diplomat and travel writer, chocolate fiend, and mama to three lovely beings.
Having dealt with numerous health issues myself, I know how scary, confusing, and frustrating it can be when you don’t get the support you need from conventional doctors
My own wellness journey has shown me the direct and undeniable link between how we nourish ourselves and how we feel in our bodies.
From this understanding, I developed a passion for food, wellness, and nutrition that eventually led me to leave the (not-so) high-flying life of a diplomat, and to go back to school, where I earned a diploma in Natural Nutrition and a Holistic Culinary Certificate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Masters of Arts Degree, and am currently working towards my certification as a Clinical Herbalist.
In 2022, I founded Aubergine & Olive to support others who are serious about nourishing themselves in order to feel better in their bodies.
